Vivo has officially launched the Vivo V60, a new mid-range smartphone that highlights advanced camera performance, a sleek design, and a massive battery capacity. Following its debut in India, the device is set to arrive in Indonesia, taking over the spot previously held by the Vivo V50 released last February.

The Vivo V60 features a triple rear camera setup in collaboration with ZEISS. Its main camera is powered by a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor with OIS, paired with a 50MP telephoto camera (Sony IMX882) offering 3x optical zoom—similar to the one found on the Vivo X200. Completing the setup is an 8MP ultra-wide lens with a 120-degree field of view.

Camera features include an LED Aura Ring Flash, AI Four-Season Portraits, and an exclusive Wedding vLog mode for the Indian market. On the front, the phone houses a 50MP selfie camera with a 92-degree FOV, supporting video recording at up to 4K resolution.

The device sports a 6.77-inch quad-curved AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness of up to 5,000 nits. It also supports HDR10+, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and is protected by Diamond Shield Glass for enhanced durability.

Remarkably, despite its huge 6,500mAh battery, Vivo claims the V60 is the slimmest in its category, measuring only 7.53mm thick and weighing 192g (Mist Grey variant). The battery also supports 90W fast charging.

Disadvantages of Vivo V60

While launched already, details like storage variants and regional pricing may vary—and earlier reports suggested it was still “leaked” before full rollout.
  • Only Mid-High Segment Chipset
Though Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 is fast and efficient, it's not as powerful as flagship-level Snapdragon 8-series chips—so hardcore gamers or power users might expect more.
  • No Expandable Storage
The phone lacks microSD support, meaning you’re stuck with the built-in storage.
  • Is Heavy for a Thin Phone?
Despite being lightweight for its size, some users might still find the 192–201 g weight noticeable during long sessions.
  • Missing Hi-Fi Audio Features
Unlike some previous Vivo devices, there’s no dedicated high-fidelity audio hardware in this model.
