ASUS is back with another compact powerhouse, the ASUS Zenfone 10. Compared to its predecessor, it gets a handful of refinements while keeping the same familiar look and feel. The best part? It still comes at a pretty friendly price, starting at around IDR 9 million.

Unlike trying to go head-to-head with the Galaxy S23 Ultra or iPhone 15 Pro Series, ASUS seems more focused on the markets it knows best: gaming smartphones and compact flagships. While Apple has already pulled out of the small-phone game, ASUS is pushing forward with the Zenfone line—going as far as publicly clarifying rumors about its future.

Design-wise, it looks a lot like the previous generation, with only some minor tweaks. The Zenfone 10 is still all about one-handed usability, weighing just 172 grams—super light for a flagship. Color options are almost the same, except for a fresh new Aurora Green variant.

The Comet White option is the only one that really pops, thanks to its silver aluminum frame. The back is still made of polycarbonate plastic, but don’t worry—it feels solid and now has a smoother matte texture. Another subtle change is that the text on the back is much cleaner and less “busy” than before.

Overall, the Zenfone 10 is easy to grip, pocket-friendly, and built for comfort. ASUS also throws in a bonus black hard case in the box, which feels like an upgrade compared to the usual transparent soft cases most brands include.
